This notice explains how SA Ventra (a proprietorship of Amit Agrawal, 380, 2nd Floor, 6th Cross, 80 Feet Road, RMV, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Enquiry form: what you enter, namely your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the type of client you are, the service you are interested in, the approximate project value and how you found us (both optional), and your message.
Website analytics and ad measurement (only if you click “Accept”): Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies that record how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site (including whether through a Google ad), whether you sent an enquiry or tapped the phone, email or WhatsApp link, and, if you opened a link we shared with your organisation, the reference in that link (usually the organisation's name) and the services you viewed on that page. We use this only to count visits and enquiries and to measure which ads work. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use it to show you personalised or remarketing ads. If you click “Decline”, or make no choice, none of these cookies are set.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details: solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. Analytics and ad measurement: to understand, in aggregate, which pages and services visitors find useful, how many enquiries the site generates, and which of our Google ads lead to enquiries. We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with anyone except as described below.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email, hosted on Google Workspace, through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process the data only to deliver your message, host this website, and store our email.
If you accept cookies, usage and ad-measurement data is processed by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) on our behalf. Google may process this data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if an engagement follows, for the period required by law and our contract with you. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically; Google Ads measurement cookies expire within 90 days. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser.
Your rights
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time through Cookie settings (also at the foot of each page), or by clearing cookies in your browser. Choosing “Decline” stops analytics and ad measurement and removes these cookies.
You may also withdraw your consent, and ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, at any time by writing to amit@saventra.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Please do not send confidential documents
The enquiry form is not a secure channel for contracts, drawings or other confidential project documents. We will agree a suitable way to share these if an engagement proceeds.
